GARD (Go Access to Remote Data) – This is our replacement for paper based forms, by using technology we can reduce job paper work resulting in greater efficiencies. Our operatives can access GARD on smart phones via an application which allows back office staff to provide ‘live’ business information to supervisors, operatives and clients.
GARD Tracker – GPS software is an effective tool that allows us to utilise our team of operatives and arrange site visits efficiently. We are able to view our operatives ‘live’ location to establish which team members are closest to an emergency call out situation which ensures that we meet our agreed service level agreements.
GAIL (Go Accident Incident Helpline) – Any call received through our 24 hour helpline is logged on our incident management system, which also acts as GTM’s accident book. This helps us not only monitor our health and safety performance but also helps us identify trends and put corrective actions in place through immediate, underlying and root cause analysis.
Insphire - Go Traffic Management manage all live hires through our industry leading job management software – Insphire which has been newly installed to meet the growing needs of our customers to receive accurate and real time management information. We can provide our customers with live hire reports, weekly monthly, “what’s on hire” reports, analysis of spend types, and YTD spends by project code and bespoke dashboards to meet each individual customer’s requirements.
